Pearl Green Garden provides a platform for discovering events and for hosts to publish listings, sell tickets, and communicate with guests. We may update features, fees, or policies with reasonable notice where required.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and comply with applicable laws when hosting or attending events.

Hosts are solely responsible for their listings, venue accuracy, safety, permits, cancellations, and delivery of the experience described. Pearl Green Garden is not the event organizer unless explicitly stated.

Payments are processed by third-party providers. Refund and cancellation rules are set by the host in each listing unless otherwise required by law. Platform fees, where applicable, are disclosed at checkout.

You may not post unlawful, misleading, or harmful content, infringe intellectual property, scrape the service without permission, or interfere with platform security.

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages, host no-shows, or third-party acts. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
