• Account data: name, email, profile image from sign-in providers
• Host content: event descriptions, images, venue details, schedules
• Usage data: device type, pages viewed, and security logs
• Payment references handled by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers)

We use information to operate the platform, authenticate users, process transactions, send service messages you opt into, prevent fraud, and improve the product. Marketing emails are sent only when you enable them in Settings.

We share data with infrastructure, email, storage, maps, and payment vendors who process it on our behalf under contract. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the service.

We retain account and event records while your account is active and as needed for legal obligations. We apply industry-standard safeguards; no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may update notification preferences locally in Settings, request access or deletion of your account by contacting support, and decline optional cookies per our Cookies notice.
